KodaPix AI provides AI-powered image generation tools that transform your pet photos into cinematic, stylized artworks using proprietary model pipelines. We reserve the right to update our algorithms, adjust style outputs, and modify available features at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Credits and subscriptions are processed through app store platforms or third-party payment providers. All purchases are final except where applicable consumer protection laws mandate otherwise. The significant computational cost of AI rendering underpins this non-refundable policy.

You agree not to: generate defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory imagery; use photos of individuals without their explicit consent; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our proprietary AI styles; or circumvent any platform security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

You retain full rights to the original photos you upload. For AI-generated images, KodaPix AI grants you a perpetual, personal license to use and share them on social media and for non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage rights are governed by the terms of your active subscription tier.

The service is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding error-free operation, continuous uptime, or the artistic quality of generated outputs. Your use of KodaPix AI is at your own discretion and risk.

KodaPix AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including data loss or service interruptions arising from your use of the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding thirty days.

We may update these Terms at any time. When material changes occur, we will notify users through the app or via email where possible. Continued use of KodaPix AI following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
